Bathroom Remodel Before
This bathroom remodel was pretty complex for a small space. The fiberglass shower creaked with sub-floor damage underneath. A regular window had been converted to a tiny window above that had fire damage from a lit candle. The sink and vanity were somewhat outdated. The linoleum floor was chipped and curling at the corners from water damage. There was lots of storage in a MDF composite cabinet.

We put in a window where the original window had been to let in lots of natural light. Subway tiles brightened the space in the shower. The vanity and barn door are completely custom made in our shop and stained ebony. To keep the spa vibe going, we lined the cabinet with cedar planks for aromatherapy. The ceiling exhaust fan is bluetooth enabled for music and the tub has 120 tiny jets. The client requested we keep the brick from the broiler running through the center of the house exposed as a little nook for shelves and plants.
Small Bathroom Remodel Before
Remodel of a small basement bathroom with what the client described as the world’s smallest shower entrance. The shower did not function and the client had never used it in the 12 years they lived in the house. The shower floor was tile, the walls fiberglass sheets. The bathroom floor was concrete with old and crumbling vinyl squares.

We designed an open bathroom with the floor and walls completely tiled. A sleek bar drain was installed in the center of the room. The client picked out a whimsical star pattern tile to complement the white subway tile on the walls and hexagon tile on the floor. We added an extra accent tile for the shampoo nook and concrete step into the bathroom.

Walk-in Closet Remodel Before
This master closet remodel was done in a spare room in the basement. The floor is stained concrete and two walls are concrete. This renovation was done so the husband and wife could share a closet space. Until now, the wife used this room as a closet, and the husband kept his items upstairs in the guest room.
Walk-in Closet Remodel After
We built two walls with a vapor barrier against the concrete walls. Worked extensively with the client on the design of the closet pieces. The husband and wife are very active, so they needed lots of drawers for their performance apparel. The wife is a knitter, so she also needed lots of drawers for her knits.
The RGB LED lights at the bottom are outfitted with a music sensor so they will pulse with music to help get the couple up and going in the morning.
